RSU offers free tuition for up to 18 credit hours per year to Oklahoma resident high school juniors and seniors who choose to take classes through the Concurrent Enrollment Program. This includes Summer semester prior to the academic year, Fall semester, and Spring semester. I understand and agree my student will be responsible for payment of all other expenses (fees, books, tuition above 18 hours, etc).
